Professionally Printed With Canon LUCIA Pigment Inks
Every order is printed in-house using a professional Canon printer and LUCIA pigment inks.
Pigment inks produce precise details, rich colours and smooth tonal transitions. They are an excellent choice for photographs, illustrations, graphic designs and fine art reproductions.
We carefully match the print settings to your selected paper so your image is reproduced as accurately as possible.
Please remember that colours may appear slightly different in print because screens produce colour using light, while printers reproduce colour using ink on paper. Screen brightness and calibration can also affect how an image appears.
Available Print Sizes
Choose from the following standard sizes:
- A5: 148 × 210mm
- A4: 210 × 297mm
- A3: 297 × 420mm
- A2: 420 × 594mm
Please upload an image with the same shape or aspect ratio as your selected size whenever possible. Images with a different aspect ratio may require cropping or may be printed with a white border to avoid removing important details.
Recommended Image Quality
For the best printing results, upload the original, highest-resolution version of your image.
We recommend:
- JPEG, PNG or TIFF file
- 300 DPI at the selected print size where possible
- Clear, sharp and well-lit images
- Original files rather than social-media screenshots
- No screenshots, thumbnails or heavily compressed files
- Permission to reproduce the uploaded image or artwork
A low-resolution file may look acceptable on a phone but become blurred or pixelated when enlarged. The larger the selected print size, the more image resolution will be required.

Image-Fit Options
Depending on your uploaded image, you can select:
- Crop to fill: The image fills the entire paper, but a small amount may be cropped.
- Fit with white border: The complete image is retained and any unused area remains white.
- Contact me if adjustment is needed: We will contact you if the image does not fit your selected size correctly.
Free UK Delivery
Free standard UK delivery is included with every custom poster print.
Your print will be carefully packaged to help protect it during delivery. Larger prints may be sent rolled in suitable protective packaging.

Which paper should I choose?
Choose Smooth Matt for posters, graphics, text and non-reflective artwork. Professional Lustre is recommended for photographs and colourful images. Premium Fine Art is ideal for illustrations, paintings, portrait artwork and special keepsake prints.
What resolution should my image be?
For the best results, use the original image file at approximately 300 DPI at your chosen print size. We may contact you if the image appears too small or pixelated for the selected size.
Will my image be cropped?
Your image may require cropping if its proportions do not match your selected paper size. Choose “Fit with white border” if you want the entire image retained.
Will the printed colours match my screen?
We aim for accurate, balanced colour reproduction, but minor differences are normal. Screens use light and vary in brightness and calibration, while prints use pigment inks on physical paper.
Is a frame included?
No. This product includes the professionally printed poster only. Frames and mounts are not included.
Is UK delivery free?
Yes. Standard delivery to UK addresses is included in the product price.
Can you print copyrighted artwork?
You may only upload content that you created, own or have permission to reproduce. We cannot print material that infringes another person’s copyright or intellectual-property rights.
Can personalised prints be returned?
Because your print is made specifically from your uploaded image, change-of-mind returns are normally unavailable for personalised products. This does not affect your rights if the item arrives damaged, faulty or is not produced as ordered.
