Personalised/Custom Products
For personalised/custom products, returns are not accepted, due to the personalised nature of this product, refunds are not available once artwork has been created.
You can cancel your order until your order’s proof is approved for printing. If we receive no response within 5 days of sending the proof images, after this point, returns are not accepted for personalised products due to their nature and the personalisation involved.
If your order arrives damaged or does not match your order, please send photos of the issue to info@hjmphoto.co.uk, including a photo of the front of the external packaging. In this case, we will offer a replacement only at no extra cost.
If you are unhappy with your order in any way upon receipt, please contact us within 7 days, including a photo of your print and the nature of the issue. Our team will respond as soon as possible and work through a solution.
If a refund is requested prior proof approval, we aim to process those within 72 hours. However, the funds may take up to 5 days to appear back in your account.
Non Personalised/Custom Products
For non-personalised products, returns are accepted if the product is in an unused state, but must be notified to us within 14 days of receipt.
It is the customer’s responsibility to return the product at their own cost. This must be received within 14 days. Once the product is received and confirmed to be in a resellable state, a refund will be processed within 72 hours.
With most packages the return labels are in the box, if this is not the case send us an email at info@hjmphoto.co.uk and we will send them digitally. You can then print them and add them in the return package.
Note: only products in NEW* condition can be returned, we reserve the right to refuse a return with traces of use.
*New = These are unopened products in their original packaging and products that have never been used.
Once we have received and verified your return, we aim to process those within 72 hours. However, the funds may take up to 5 days to appear back in your account.
We comply with all relevant laws regarding returns and refunds.
We reserve the right to change our return and refund policy at any time to comply with applicable legal requirements.
