How It Works
Place your order and choose your size.
Upload your photo and include any special requests (background changes, text, etc.).
A digital proof will be sent to you within 1–3 business days.
Request adjustments if needed.
Once approved, your artwork will be printed and dispatched on a FREE 24-hour delivery service.
Note: Processing time depends on how quickly you respond to your proof and whether revisions are required.
All prints ordered are shipped exclusively to addresses in the United Kingdom. Our 24h service is available Monday through Friday (business days) and is free of charge. We aim to process and deliver your order within 24 hours of receiving your proof approval. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on the shipping location of the recipient. We cannot guarantee delivery on weekends. For any questions or concerns regarding delivery, please contact our customer service team at info@hjmphoto.co.uk.
Returns & Refund Policy
We offer a Full Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee until your order’s artwork is approved for printing, or if we receive no response within 5 days of sending the proof images.
After this point, returns are not accepted for personalised products due to their nature and the personalisation involved. However, we are 100% committed to both our products and our customers.
If your order arrives damaged or does not match your order, please send photos of the issue to info@hjmphoto.co.uk, including a photo of the front of the external packaging. In this case, we will offer a replacement only.
If you are unhappy with your order in any way upon receipt, please contact us within 7 days, including a photo of your print and the nature of the issue. Our team will respond as soon as possible and work through a solution.
If a refund is requested under the money back guarantee, we aim to process those within 72 hours. However, the funds may take up to 5 days to appear back in your account.
For non-personalised products, returns are accepted if the product is in an unused state, but must be notified to us within 14 days of receipt. We will then provide a returns address, and it is the customer’s responsibility to return the product at their own cost. This must be received within 14 days. Once the product is received and confirmed to be in a resellable state, a refund will be processed within 72 hours.
